Yes, we appraise jewelry and the timeframe depends on the appraiser and the jewelry being appraised. This typically can range from one day to two weeks.
In order for us to give our customers an accurate estimate of their item’s worth, we require a thorough study of each piece. Therefore we are not able to give customers an “estimate” without a complete appraisal of each piece.
Yes, typically the appraiser needs adequate time to evaluate your jewelry to ensure a correct appraisal is completed for insurance purposes.
No appointment is required, but calling ahead to make sure our appraiser is here is recommended.
Yes, we buy anything that contains precious metals, like gold and silver, or gemstones.

We do minor repairs on most watches in house. We encourage you to bring in your watch for our watchmaker to diagnose the problem for you.
Yes, usually while you wait. Depending on the watch you may have to leave it for a day or so.

Yes, we can do simple repairs on most clocks but we may need to evaluate the condition of the clock before promising a repair.

Depending on the design, a fully custom piece can take anywhere from six to ten weeks.
While an appointment is not required it does help to call ahead as this process may take some time to develop a design that you love and that our jewelers can create.
Yes, we believe that jewelry is meant to be enjoyed. If you have an heirloom piece or loose stones we would love to incorporate them into a new style for you to enjoy.
Unfortunately we are not equipped with the tools to cut loose stones nor do we have a referral somewhere that can.
