Repair FAQs

Do you size rings?

Yes, we do size rings. Please bring in your ring to get an accurate quote for the repair.

How long will my repair take?

Most repairs will take about 2-3 weeks, but if needed quicker, we will accommodate.

Do you repair jewelry in house?

Yes, your jewelry will be left in the care of our expert jewelers in store. On rare occasions we do send off jewelry or watches, which will be communicated to the customer beforehand.

Is my jewelry insured and safe?

The security of our customers jewelry is a high priority to us. We are fully insured and your jewelry is kept securely in our vault.

Do you repair watches?

We do repair watches in house. We encourage you to bring in your watch for our watchmaker to diagnose the problem for you.

Do you replace watch batteries?

Yes, usually while you wait. Depending on the watch you may have to leave it for a day or so.

Do you restring pearls?

Yes, we do restring pearls.

Do we repair clocks?

Yes, we can do simple repairs on most clocks but we may need to evaluate the condition of the clock before promising a repair.
