**Returns Eligibility:**

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Non-returnable items include: Anything we have custom made, such as a completely custom piece of jewelry or engraved.

**Return Process:**

1. Please contact our customer service team at info@wadesjewelers.net to initiate the return process.

2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Pack the item securely, and include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.

4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

 In-Person Returns:

1. Bring the item back to one of our locations (it does not have to be from the original store it was purchased at but it would be preferable if it was).

2. Bring the original receipt if you have it or provide the name it was purchased under.

**Refunds:**

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days] days.

**Exchanges:**

**Shipping Costs:**
