How it works

Step 1

Start with a sketch

Our designers will talk you through your vision for your new piece. They will create a sketch which will then turn into a 3D render...

Step 2

Rendering...

Next, we'll design a 3D render that will show you a completed version of your design ready to be cast out of your desired material...

Step 3

Polishing

Once we have cast your design, we then spend days filing, cutting, polishing and setting everything in your new piece until its finally ready for you to see!

Step 4

Enjoy your new jewelry

After all the finishing touches are added to your new piece, its time for the big reveal! We hope you fall in love with your unique piece and cherish it for years to come.

Custom Design FAQ's

Can I bring in a design and have you make it for me?

We're here to make your dreams a reality! We can usually replicate a design that you've seen using a photo reference.

How long does a custom order usually take?

Depending on the design, a fully custom piece can take anywhere from a week to a couple months.

Do I need to make an appointment to talk about a custom design?

While an appointment is not required it does help to call ahead as this process may take some time to develop a design that you love and that our jewelers can create.

Can you use my old jewelry towards the new custom piece of jewelry?

Yes, we believe that jewelry is meant to be enjoyed. If you have an heirloom piece or loose stones we would love to incorporate them into a new style for you to enjoy.

Do you cut stones?

Unfortunately we are not equipped with the tools to cut loose stones nor do we have a referral somewhere that can.
