This ladies platinum ring has two round brilliant diamonds that equal 1.65ctw. The round sapphire in the middle measures approx 1.30ctw. There are ninety round side diamonds that equal approx 0.45ctw. The ring weighs 7.05 grams and has two sizing beads inside the ring. They can be removed if need be. As of now, the ring measures 5 but without the beads it would be closer to a 5.5.
