Refund policy


We understand that shopping online can be challenging sometimes, which is why we offer our customers a 30 day return policy. Return any purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping) if you are dissatisfied as long as it is undamaged and in its original condition. 


Contact us at @shopviolasjewelry.com with your name, reason for return and order number and our team will respond within 1-2 days. 


We will email you with an RA number for your return, with the buyer being responsible for their return label if the return reason is unrelated to the item being defective or damaged (“no longer needed, ordered by mistake” etc.) Once we receive the item and review it, we will then issue a full refund! 


Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any items lost in the mail nor do we take ownership in the item arriving late if we shipped the item within the appropriate time window.
